In addition, The Cre8ion.Lab develops applications and marketing materials on behalf of clients. In doing so, we always act and advise in accordance with privacy legislation (GDPR), but we act as a processor rather than a controller and therefore have limited influence in this regard. Why do we process this personal data?
We use your personal data to provide the services you request — for example, to respond to a request made via the website, to send (personalized) emails if you are a client of ours, and when we believe it is relevant to you. We use your data to inform you about other products or services offered by The Cre8ion.Lab, and sometimes to send you important invitations to participate in events related to our product and service offerings. Partners of The Cre8ion.Lab are provided with this data for software updates.

The Cre8ion.Lab does not make decisions based on automated processing about matters that could have (significant) consequences for individuals. This refers to decisions made by computer programs or systems without human involvement (e.g., an employee of The Cre8ion.Lab).
How long we retain personal data
The Cre8ion.Lab does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

The Cre8ion.Lab does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Viewing, adjusting, or deleting data

To ensure that a request for access has been made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. The Cre8ion.Lab would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
