Digital minded projectmanager

As a project manager, you are involved in the entire development process. You lead the project team - which consists of experienced developers and designers - and ensure that the agreements with the client are mapped out and adhered to. You sense when a creative turn is needed in time to achieve the best results. Throughout a project, you monitor objectives such as: deadlines, quality, budget, and job satisfaction. You intervene when deviations occur. During the project, you are the central point of contact for the client, present the developed materials to them, and inspire/motivate your colleagues. The project manager role thus offers a versatile job where much is expected of you.

Experience

  • At least HBO work and thinking level;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position and organization.
  • Demonstrable experience in web development

  • Experience in development is a plus
